For many people, motorcycles represent more than just transportation. They symbolize freedom, adventure, and the simple joy of being out on the open road. But for one of our clients, that freedom felt like something he had lost.
Unable to walk and having limited mobility on a daily basis, he never lost his passion for motorcycles. What he lost was the opportunity to experience them the way he once had. Rather than accepting that limitation, he came to us with a simple question:
"Can you build me a sidecar that lets me ride again?"
Our answer was immediate.

This project was one of those moments.
Our client wanted to feel the excitement of riding a motorcycle again.
That became our design brief.
Traditional sidecars simply weren't an option.
They require passengers to step in, sit down, and often climb over the side of the body. For someone using a powered wheelchair, that wasn't practical—or safe. So instead of modifying an existing design, we started from scratch.
The result is a purpose-built wheelchair accessible sidecar that prioritizes accessibility without compromising safety or aesthetics.
The most important feature is the full rear access door, which folds into a sturdy loading ramp. This allows the rider to roll directly into the sidecar while remaining comfortably seated.
People often associate custom fabrication with paint colors or cosmetic upgrades.
For us, customization means solving real-world problems.
Every client has different needs, and every motorcycle presents a different engineering challenge. That's why no two Scooter99 sidecars are exactly alike.
